SIN - Episodes 1 / and Steam

I am unable to register my legal, and I have the proof, for SIN Episodes 1 - Emegence, they keep telling me invalid CD key, key registered to another user, filled in their error report, scanned
CD key, front/back of case, front/back of card in case, plus my cash purchase slip to no avail, keep getting back the same stupid
message. really ticked of. RED0)(

Seems like a steam problem, you can't get help for such issues from here, you should contact steam support for problems like that, hopefully you have done it. do not mess it with multiple account's since you can register it only for one account, if you do, then you'll get messages like that and could even cause yourself a banned account.

Just to let you guys know: contacted EA South African branch, they
contacted there head office in USA, who contacted STEAM verifying that my game was genuine, upstart of the whole matter was that STEAM canceled the account using my registration key, and switched the game to my account,problem solved.
STEAM told EA that they where now looking into the situation, as this should never of hapend in the first place, and through EA apologized for the trouble caused to me.
So problem solved, and there is some justice in this world, thanks
