You can set up your controls through the "options" menu
and assign a key to "use item" and use that key to open
doors and manipulate objects.

For the original poster, I found two threads that deal
with the "buffer overrun" error on ATI cards.
A different game is mentioned, but maybe this will help
with SIN...

Actually, I have an Nvidia card, but I was referring to
the first person who posted who said he had an ATI card.

I recently upgraded to a core 2 duo processor system.

same problem. I have an older system with a single
core cpu so I don't get that error, and haven't tried

Unfortunately, there's likely no chance to do that since
the Sin developer Ritual went out of existence a year and
a half ago.
